The Blizzard gene is the second recessive gene that appeared into the leopard gecko, it happened in 1995 at Jaw Brewer "Prehistoric Pet" breeding facility.

They are patternless looking animal all along their life straight from the hatch, with a color varying from white, yellow, pink and grey tones, the ones with the darkest tones are called Midnight Blizzards. In the basic form, juveniles usually have a darker head while adults tend to have a more homogenous coloration, paradox are often present on adults. Blizzard have a more fragile skin and may require a little bit more attention for exemple during the breeding season.

I work with the Blizzard gene since my 1st breeding season, i started with some simple Blizzard with no other gene and absolutely all the Blizzards & combos i produced to this day were created at JBReptiles and are descendants of different generations from the very 1st basic one i had. I made a long way with this gene and i still love it as the 1st day!
